What a coincidence!! One fine day, as I stood on the pavement, looking and admiring at a newly built townhouse. Suddenly, two ladies comes along and stood at a short distance away from me. They started talking, I just stood there, listening to them. I thought, Wow!! They were admiring the same house, they were discussing some points that I as a new home buyer was looking for.
